(a Father-Son Outing)

"I just wanted to drop you a line and tell you that everyone was more than pleased with the rings.  Even the parents who boys are not old enough to be presented with the rings were very pleased with the design of the rings. 

This past weekend, our group [name withheld], attended a winter father/son outing.  During the outing we reserved the chapel on the camp grounds for our ring presentation to boys whose the fathers felt were ready to take the vow and understand the meaning of the ring and the ceremony.  The ceremony was held at 11:00 pm.  This set the mood for the presentation.  After a brief introduction as to what the boys can expect for the evening and why they were assembled, the fathers performed skits in which certain life points were to be understood.  Among the points were themes such as, What choice will you make?, How to control your emotions, and You don't have to take the burden alone.  The boys were very attentive during the skits.  After the skits were completed, the boys were ready to accept their rings and take the vow of purity.  Each boy did this one by one and pictures were taken of the father presenting the ring and another picture of the father and son next to a fireplace within the chapel.  It was a special evening, one that I will remember for as long as I live.  After all the sons received their rings and taken the vow, a time of rejoicing was held in the kitchen of the camp for cake.  The boys knew that they took another step toward manhood and the acceptance of their progress as men in the [group].

Thank you for making our evening such a blessing with the design of your ring.  It was what I was looking for when we ran across your web site.  I know that I speak for all the dads and sons when I say again, thank you and may the Lord bless your ministry."

Out of the Comfort Zone, But Not Unprotected

"You guys are surely a blessing to me. I go to a Small Christian School from grades kindergarten through twelfth. I am a Freshmen at that school and I have been attending it ever since first grade (they didn't have kindergarten there, yet) There is only about 360 students in the whole entire school. Most of them I have been best friends with for the past 5-6 years. I know everyone there by there first name the teachers take one-on-one time with each student. This school has been open for about 16 years. About a week ago the students were giving the horrified news that the school will no longer be in service. Because the church needs to spend more time on the church not the school. This affected the whole entire school body. We had a long day of tears. The school I have been going to for the past 9 years was no longer going to be there.

Now, what this has to do with purity, I for the first time ever have to step foot into a public school. Where instead of morning worship it is a morning of swearing, drugs, and of course sex, where instead of the girls more into God they are more into boys. I am frightened of that thought.  I want everyone in a school of 7-8000 kids to know that I am not going to give into there evil possessions. I want people to see this purity ring on my finger and ask me "what is that" and I being able to tell them. That is the main reason I want this ring. So instead of falling into the worldly temptations of the Devil. I want to wake up every morning and see this ring on my wedding finger and know that I am going to stay pure until my wedding day. And every guy I meet is going to know that and if they don't stay with me that is there problem. Cause the guy that God has set for me will stay with me till the day I walk down the altar. "... your business in itself is such a testimony and your ring is not only beautiful but such a witness. actually, I found your site about 2 and a half years ago and totally fell in love with it. So, I got a ring then. and I absolutely adore it! I wear it 24/7 and it has opened sooo many doors to witness and just challenge others with what God has taught me. It is the best purity ring I have found - because it also draws automatic attention to itself because everyone wants to know what it means. And the verse reference that you mentioned, 1 Tim 4:12 is what is inscribed on the inside of mine! That's gotta be one of my favorite scriptures. 

...If it is ok, I do know someone though, that I would like to have [a] ring. My sister - she just turned 20 not too long ago and often struggles with choices - because she knows all too well what she should be doing, but she also has a lot of friends and college life in general that are telling her differently. So, if it would be all right, I would absolutely love to be able to give it to her.  Her senior year was really tough for her, as she developed a panic/anxiety disorder - so Jeremiah 29:11 became her all time favorite verse (I'd love that inscribed in the ring). Her name is [name withheld]  and she wears a 5 (itty bitty fingers :o) so once, again, I would be incredibly thankful if y'all could do that. And if it's not asking too much (though I'd totally understand if it was) getting it here around Valentines [Day] would be awesome!  Your ring also means so much more than just sex - because when one thinks of purity, it is of the mind, the body, the heart, relationships, and words that are said. So, I truly want to thank y'all - you honestly have done a lot for me - more than you'll ever know!"
